Fits all MaxSonar products sold by 3D Robotics and Canada Drones. 
Keeps your sonar away from electronics. 
Mounts on the Original HEXA Arducopter but specifically made for the 3DR HEXA

This mount will not fit on a QUAD

Includes all necessary hardware to mount on 3DR-Quad frame, for other frames (original or home made) you may need to secure it with tie-wraps or drill holes.
